Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to cater to your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping: This method typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
  2. Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping, which takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the package, and the destination. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before making your purchase.

Processing Time: Every item is made to order unless it is noted to be in stock. Because each item is made once you order it, orders are processed within 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your package.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Partners: We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our shipping partners include USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory solution.

Returns and Exchanges: We inspect and take care to package all of our items for shipment, but some times accidents may happen. All items are custom made to order, so we will gladly refund or replace any items damaged or lost in shipment on claims made within 5 business days of receipt. We may ask for a photo of damaged items for insurance purposes. Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
